Okay I am kind of sorry. I told myself I didn't need anymore groups and I wasn't going to make an app. But I've wanted a Dragonair character for forever and this chick popped into my head and everyone has been making the group look like so much fun so yeah. I'm at least gonna try :'D And wow I did not intend for that history to be so long. I might go back and shorten it later.

Her face still hold a bit of childish curve to it however. She has a fair complexion with light skin and almost white hair that tends to stick out every which way. There are two tufts that sick out simillarly to her ears as a Pokemon, though she usually passes it off as 'too much hair gel that morning.' She has the same violet eyes as her Pokemon form as well, 'contacts' she claims. Her go-to top is light and airy, having thin transparent sleeves and midriff. She prefers pants though, as her legs get cold easily. Boots are her prefered footwear, and will usually be seen wearing them.

Personals
Personality: Bold and outgoing, Kaia tends to do what she wants when she wants. Even if advised against, she'll always try something at least once. She doesn't take authority very well unless from someone proven to be higher up than she. Living on her own away from a trainer has taught her how to take care of herself and can be very resorceful in a desperate situation. She prefers to do things on her own, usually declining help until she really needs it. On the flip side, it's also taught her to only take care of herself. She's very unused to being around many people at one time, especially pure humans. Being by herself has lowered her ability to read the finer emotions of others and can't quite 'take a hint.' Not to mention the barrier between her brain and mouth being paper thin, pretty much stating whatever's on her mind. She can also be quite selfish, watching out for herself first and others later. Not with malice though, and in fact the dragon can be quite friendly with others, even if her social skills are a bit lacking. Kaia almost never gets mad, usually choosing to leave instead of fight if a situation isn't going her way. She likes to focus more on having fun in life rather than the nitty gritty 'serious stuff' as she calls it. History: Kaia was born due to the new breeding crazy sweeping the Kalos region. Word got around that you could pass down special abilities and even moves if you made certain Pokemon breed. Trainers looking for powerful Pokemon jumped at the news, and rushed to fins their nearest day care. Even more excited however were breeders, who had more knowledge of the Pokemon and knew they could breed special Pokemon and sell them for a high price. A few breeders set up a small business for themselves, breeding specific Pokemon for trainers and letting the highest paying trainers take their pick of the litter. The rest were kept around to sell off to others. A project for Dratini with the Marvel Scale ability went underway not too long after the company started, Kaia being one of the Dratini that hatched. The babies were kept after hatching for testing to see whether the right abilities and moves were passed along. Many of the breeders kept emotional distance from the hatchlings, knowing that getting attached to them was pointless. There was one kind man, however, that loved nothing more than going to each of the babies to check on them while not working, even taking time to play with some. Kaia grew attached to this man, enjoying his laidback attitude and easy going ways.
Eventually the time came to present the babies to the customers, and Kaia was unknowingly told a sad goodbye by her favorite breeder. Seeing as she inherited a rare ability and a special move, she was one of the first to be sold. Her new trainer was a fairly inexperienced one, having few badges but a lot of money from his parents. It was alright at first. Since she was little he had other Pokemon fight most of her battles for her. As she got older and a bit stronger, she was put forward in more battles, only really able to hang on thanks to her powerful Dragon Pulse move that she had inherited. When not forced into battle though, the Dratini prefered going off and doing her own thing. Exploring the bushes by where her trainer stopped, checking out a creak just downhill, seeing just what those bird Pokemon were chirping about. Her dissapearances scared her trainer more than once, but her brushed it off, pinning it on her being young and restless. She would surely grow out of it by the time she evolved.
Well no actually, Kaia didn't outgrow her behavior as time passed. Her trainer became more interested in collecting rare Pokemon rather than taking on gyms or training. As a result, where ever they traveled the battles became harder and harder to win. Her best move wasn't enough to help her win, and it soon became more often than not Kaia ws withdrawn from battle so another teammate could finish. The constant losses soon helped her develop a distaste for battles, and as such went about to avoid being sent out for battles if possible. If she ended up being sent out she would use whatever moves she decided would win the battle for her, often going against what her trainer told her. See as it usually resulted in a victory, her trainer let it slide for a while.
After many more victories Kaia finally evolved into a Dragonair. Her trainer was overjoyed, believing that her new strength and obedience would help him become a greater trainer. There was just one problem: her obedience towards him didn't increase. If anything, it sank lower. She was more powerful sure, and could win more battles, but she started questioning why. Why was she listening to a trainer than barely had any badges to his name? Why was she being forced to battle? She couldn't come up with answers to either, so she did the next best thing. Ignore him. If called into a battle she would completely go against her trainer's orders, either battling how she wanted or ignoring the battle all together. She started going off by herself more and for longer periods of time, prompting him to send other Pokemon after her. The Dragonair became less and less reliant on her trainer, finding her own food and shelter if they were away from a city. In fact it got to the point where she hardly considered him her trainer anymore. More like a person she was just traveling with. Well, her trainer didn't see it this way. She was his property and she would battle if she wanted to or not.
The day finally came when a breaking point was reached. Kaia was off relaxing and her trainer was attempting to set up a mini battle amongst his Pokemon. He tried to call Kaia over to no avail. He tried sweets, a kind voice, and even getting his other Pokemon to try and coerce her. Nothing. Eventually he went over and tried to pull her towards the group, the Dragonair replying with a gentle, yet annoyed, Slam to knock him off of her. Well, that was it. If she was going to go so far and attack her, he wanted nothing more to do with her. That night while she was off on another one of her adventures he destroyed her Pokeball, leaving on one of his flying Pokemon towards the next city. When Kaia returned to see her smashed Pokeball and no trainer to be found a sense of relief and anxiety went through her. Sure, she had proved she didn't need him anymore, but it was still better traveling with someone.
Time went on and she traveled around the vast Kalos region, taking care to avoid many large cities and the humans who resided there. Not all humans were bad, she had reasoned, but she didn't want to meet anymore like her old trainer. Though, most of the human things she encountered on her journey were increadible! Great stone monuments, expanding caves that allowed her to travel easier, and Fabulous things with lights all on them! But the most amazing things was in a city far to the east. A great, glittering stone that would glow at certain parts of the day. It was a hard trip whenever she wanted to visit, but it was easy to slip into the water unnoticed and worth it to see the lights every night.
One night when she went out to see the stone, a woman was waiting on the boardwalk right next to where Kaia usually hid. When she saw the Dragonair she called out to her, catching Kaia off guard with her knowledge of the Pokemon language. Listening to her inner curiosity she swam over to listen to what the woman had to say. And boy was she surprised! The 'woman; was actually a Pokemon, and she proved it by taking a small device on her wrist (A Dittech she said?) and reverting to her original Bisharp form. The other 'mon told the Dragonair about how she had seen her admiring the stone for several days, and offered her a new Dittech to try out. Why hang around as a Pokemon when you could have the life of a human as well? Willing to take the risk, Kaia pulled herself out of the water and accepted the tiny machine, immediately transforming into a human. And what a shock having arms and legs was! She would have fallen over if the other 'mon hadn't leant her a hand. The Bisharp, now as a human again, gave her a slip of paper with directions on how to first adjust to her new life. Kaia thanked the woman and on wobbly legs made her way back into the heart of the city, finding a Pokemon Center to rest at before taking a look at the paper.
A place to stay was first, listing several apartments in the area that were open. The second was a job, something simple for her. The first was easy, as the nurse at the center allowed her to stay in one of the spare rooms for a while once she heard that the girl had no where else to go. The second was figured out the next day, as a walk around the city to get used to her new legs led her to a boutique with a 'help wanted' sign in the window. Thankfully the job required no experience, and she was able to start right away. Soon she was able to scrape enough together to rent a tiny apartment in the heart of the city. She slowly but surely adjusted to life as a human, taking breaks every now and then to relax in her Pokemon form. Extras:
~ Becuase of the extreme difference between her Pokemon form and human form (arms and legs vs none) she's a bit slow and klutzy when first transforming.
~ She sometimes forgets she has hands as a human and will instead hold things in her mouth. (Pens, keys, even her phone once)
~ Dislikes battling, and will often use her moves to help her flee rather than fight. Relationships: N/A

Time Zone: EST Chat Availability: I'm generally in chats more often at night, starting anywhere from 5 to 8 then staying on until midnight (or later usually) on weekdays. Weekends are usually from 1 or 2 to well past midnight. Even if I'm not in the chats I'm usually on Skype, which is another outlet if anyone wants to do a quick one on one rp.
Note: I might be innactive in chats this week and next due to finals coming up, but after that I should be around more! Role-Play Example: The night in Anistar city was usually peaceful. A few bars here and there producing some noise, but on the west side of the city things were usually quiet. Until tonight that is. Loud, carefree giggles rang out in the city night, cutting through the silence like a dull knife. The source was in the direction of the sun dial, typically deserted after sun down. Yet there was one who was just making her way from the great stone. A tall, thin girl with snowy colored hair, wobbling around as if she was drunk. Every few steps she would stumble, able to wave her arms wildly to keep on her feet. Any other who saw her might have passed the behavior off as intoxication, but how could they have guessed that this was her first night with legs? Kaia laughed even more as she wobbled again, this time needing the support of a streetlight in order to avoid falling over. But the instability was worth it. She was a human! At least, she looked like one. And she cuold talk like one too. A few random questions had been tossed at passerbys, and with them she had finally been able to figure out what the humans called the city. "Anistar," she murmured, smiling as the words left her lips. "Anistar, my new home."
